PACKAGING & SHIPPING
All physical orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders are handled with great care at my end and packed securely to ensure that they reach you in optimal condition. Currently, physical products are only available for shipping within India. Digital products are available worldwide.
When purchasing originals from my shop, the cost of tracked shipping is included in the listed fee. You will be provided with the tracking number once the item has been mailed. If a product is lost or received damaged, please report this to me asap. In case of damages, I will require photographic proof and for the product to be shipped back to me securely in order to consider a refund claim.
When purchasing prints and postcards, I recommend selecting the tracked shipping option to ensure that the products reach you safely. You will be provided with the tracking number once the item has been mailed.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
All sales are final and as an independent artist, I’m afraid I cannot accept returns. Please review the product info on the individual product page to ensure that you have all the information you need before making a purchase.
I do accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase provided the item has not yet been shipped. In the case of digital downloads, however, cancellations are not possible as you will receive the product instantly upon purchase. PRODUCT INFORMATION & QUALITY
All info about sizing and materials used is clearly mentioned on individual product pages. Please go through this info carefully.
I only use high-quality materials in the creation of my artworks, and carry out several test prints before offering a product for sale. Still, if you have any concerns regarding product quality after purchase, please reach out to me at yamunamatheswaran (at) gmail (dot) com.
SCREEN CALIBRATIONS
Due to differences in screen calibrations, colours in the physical artwork may appear slightly different from the onscreen version.
COPYRIGHT
All artwork is the sole property of Yamuna Matheswaran and will remain under copyright even after purchase. When purchasing an original piece, you are the owner of the physical piece alone. Artwork purchased may be used for private, non-commercial purposes only, and may not be copied, shared, sold, resold, distributed or used for marketing purposes.
The mockup templates used in my shop for representational purposes have been obtained from Freepik.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms of sale govern all orders and purchases that you ("you" or the "End User") make from www.yamunamatheswaran.com ("Site"). By visiting, shopping, or buying from the Site, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions set forth. Artist or “The Seller”: Yamuna Matheswaran. The artist is the original creator of the work or works that appear on the Site.
Order: An order placed by the end user on the site.

Copyright and Intellectual Property: Copyright is an exclusive right to publish, produce or reproduce a work (illustration, design, etc.) in whole or in part. This right is assigned upon the creation of a work and the creative artist is usually the holder. Intellectual property is the ownership of a work, logo, brand, design, words or images used, registered or not, created by the imagination or spirit of an individual or group of people.

"You" and "Client": "You" or "client" who shops and places an order on the site.
TERMS OF USE
ORDERS
You will receive an "Order Confirmation" for all orders placed thought the site. The Order Confirmation shows the products ordered the price, applicable taxes and shipping price. You must accept the order confirmation. Once the Seller accepts the order, an email confirming that the order has been accepted will be sent to the email address you provided.
1.1 The Seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of products ordered, refuse or cancel any order without requiring an explanation.
1.2 In the event that your order is cancelled after receiving the order confirmation or at the time of billing, the Seller will refund the amount.
1.3 The Seller is not responsible for any losses or damage related to a cancelled order without limitation.
AVAILABILITY AND STOCK
2.1 The advertised products on the site are subject to availability. The Seller will do its best to ensure inventory is up to date, but stock quantities may occasionally be incorrect.
2.2 The Seller reserves the right to discontinue selling an item or limit its availability without prior warning.
2.3 Information concerning inventory does not guarantee its availability.
